Wednesday, June 17, 2020 held a meeting on the Division of Tasks and Development of Spda University of Mataram with all LPMPP managers, WR 1 and several other invited guests. the meeting started at 10 Wita until completion.

The meeting was opened by the Vice Chancellor 1 Mr. Agusdin and the presentation of material by the Head of LPMPP Mr. Dr. Ir. Ujianto Lestari.

Agenda:

  1. This year’s online learning module we have budgeted 80 provincial grants but because of Covid, the Unram budget was cut for the first phase, I have said that 50 we cannot implement but I will try from other sources, maybe at least 40 grants with a value of 5 million each, I have conveyed it to the rector and the rector has also agreed.
  2. For tomorrow we will make an academic letter about online learning extended until the end of next semester in accordance with the rector’s circular that work is allowed face-to-face except activities such as laboratory research can still use health protocols. Then with such conditions, online learning becomes a necessity because we continue to try how Spda can be applied by fellow lecturers, students even though so far online learning is still using lecturer variations gradually as we planned before the implementation of online learning is a program to add S2 and S3 lectures will also offer this online learning to students 4 times face-to-face the rest online is our addition to continue developing the online learning system and I also need to convey to the head of LPMPP please mention what is needed to support the online learning system. Maybe those are the things that I convey to you ladies and gentlemen, maybe what needs to be discussed today is how we carry out the selection procedure for this online module grant which totals 40 so because this is also funded by the university we must provide equal opportunities for all lecturers to compete.

Chairman of LPMPP:

Alhamdulillah, this morning we can meet in order to discuss the division of tasks of the team that has been assigned by the Chancellor and we can also discuss about Spada Unram in the future because as stated by the Chancellor, the learning system and is one of the criteria and governance or one of the characteristics of higher education that is seen from the online learning foam plate that has been created and developed by Unram. Alhamdulillah, Unram already has a pustik ringing learning foam plate that is being developed, which can be accessed online unram.ac.id so that our task in the future is how student lecturer friends can use as much as possible the flat foam that pustik has developed, that is our task together to develop. For my information, when we form this team, we have included the topic, but maybe the team makes the Sk look unfamiliar from the sk which is accompanied by tupoksi so that it is often not included in meetings again because this is very important in the team sk in front of the ladies and gentlemen we have circulated about what we propose tupoksinya. Then in order to develop Unram’s online learning system, we at LPMPP have tried to design a strategy for how to develop an online learning system.

For this grant guideline, there may be two points that we discuss related to the assessment and stages, maybe that’s what we discussed together.

  • There are 5 points of criteria here:
  1. Completeness of the module
  2. Implementation of online learning 30%
  3. Online suitability 25%
  4. Suitability of RTS / RTM that has been compiled 15%
  5. Online learning media 10%

So this point is the assessment criteria so please ladies and gentlemen, maybe there is something you want to add or subtract.

  • Stages points
