The Institute for Quality Assurance and Educational Development (LPMPP Unram) held a Workshop “Increasing HR Capacity to Realize Excellent Service at the University of Mataram” at the Senate Session room of the Unram Rectorate building, Wednesday, November 4, 2020 morning. The event was attended by the head of the bureau, all Heads of Section (Kabag) and Head of Subdivision (Kasubbag) within Unram. Chairperson of LPMPP Unram Dr. Ir. Lestari Ujianto, M. Sc. in his remarks said that the workshop was held in order to improve Unram’s Human Resources (HR), especially educational staff to achieve excellent service. so that from this event, the outcome will be expected in the form of improvements in the duties and functions of each work unit.
