Mataram – The Institute for Quality Assurance and Educational Development of the University of Mataram held an early year meeting with all staff and managers which was held in the LPMPP Unram courtroom on the 2nd floor Wednesday, January 13, 2020 at 10.00 am.
The Head of LPMPP said that there are several work programs that will be implemented:
A. Management
- Capacity building of SDM and service
- Structuring the condition/atmosphere of LPMPP
- Coordination and cooperation
- Document preparation
B. Quality Assurance
- Consolidation with the Quality Assurance Team at the Faculty/Postgraduate/Study Program Level
- Preparation/Revision and socialization of Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) Documents and other quality documents
- Drafting of Rector’s Decree on the Implementation of Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI)
- Preparation of SPMI Implementation Guidelines at the University of Mataram
- Preparation of an Internal Quality Audit (AMI) Implementation Guidebook
- Preparation of Guidelines for the Development of Accreditation of Study Programs and Institutions towards Excellence and Internationalization
- Development of Accreditation of Study Programs and Institutions towards Excellence and Internationalization
- Auditor refreshment adjusted to the development and theme of the audit
- Implementation of Internal Quality Audit for international accreditation/certification.
- Management review meetings and dissemination of Internal Quality Audit findings.
C. Education Development
- Improving the capacity, integrity and competence of education managers
- Drafting of the Rector’s Decree on the Implementation of (Outcome Based Education)
- Preparation of guidelines for OBE-based curriculum reconstruction, MBKM (Project-based, and Case Solving)
- Guidelines for Preparing RPS, RTM based on Spada, OBE, Projects, and Case Solving
- Guidelines for the Preparation of Books / Teaching Materials based on Spada, OBE, Projects, and Case Solving
- Development of online learning system (Spada) and Learning Media
